Suggested locations (r:suggested-locations)

The Suggested locations (r:suggested-locations) relation provides a list of Location (p:location) that should be relevant to the User. This list is intended to be shown to the User before any search has taken place, so items can be picked out of the list before the user has typed any search-term.
